4 simple composition choices are explored, then one is chosen to get larger.

Warming up for studies might take some time, try to keep it simple! Then move to more complexity after exploring some options.

See download tab for reference, or use your own. Try to create composition choices with small studies. We will go over my choices during class. Sometimes there is no best choice, but often one design will stand out as the best one. A fun exploration!

To consider: Would you include the peir or not? Figures forward or back? How much sky? How many figures to include and where are they? Where would the crest of the waves be in your design, and would this be important?
